# Apex Books

> Apex Books is GST billing and accounting software for Indian small and medium businesses. It creates GST invoices, sends WhatsApp payment reminders with a UPI ID, runs point of sale with barcode scanning, tracks stock, and keeps a double-entry ledger with day book, party balances, financial statements and GSTR-1/2A/3B working papers. It runs in a web browser and as Windows 10/11 and Android apps that share the same company books.

- GST: CGST/SGST or IGST from place of supply; tax invoices and bills of supply; GSTR-1, GSTR-2A and GSTR-3B are book-derived working papers for review before filing on the GST portal.
- Not yet supported: e-invoicing (IRN) and e-way bill generation.
